1.    Check-In: Check-In time is 2pm. Check-In before 2pm and Check-In after 6pm can be provided upon availability and needs to be pre-arranged with reception upon booking.

2.    Check-Out: Check-Out time is 10am. Late Check-Out can be provided upon availability and must be arranged and agreed with reception in advance, and may be subjected to extra charge.

3.    Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to Check-In to our motel.

4.    Pet Policy: We have a strict no pet in rooms policy. Please refer all enquires to reception for alternative arrangements.

5.    Smoking: The Village Motor Inn does not have any smoking rooms as it is a smoke free property. Only smoke in permitted areas in courtyard. No smoking is aloud at tables outside room doors. Please be aware that anyone who violates this policy will be subjected to a $300 cleaning fee.

6.    Payment: We have a upfront payment policy where payment is required upon Check-In. Payment types accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFTPOS and Cash.

7.    Fire Safety Policy: The motel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans near the front door of each room. Please review this important information. Please notify reception in the event of fire or other emergency. We have a 24hr phone contact. In case of Emergency or Fire always call 000 first.

8.    Noise & Unruly Behavior: To provide all of our guests with an exceptional and safe motel experience, we require all noise to be kept to a minimum after dark. If unreasonable and unruly behavior occurs, Management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction.

9.    Cancellations: If you cancel your booking within the 24hr period of day of arrival, you will be requested to pay 50% of total cost. We thank-you for your understanding.
