Statement on the COVID-19 Pandemic
Firstly, we want to thank our customers for your support during these challenging times. We would also like to assure you that our Motel is continuing to welcome guests. As a responsible business, we have stepped up on our commitment to ensure that you have a safe and pleasant stay with us. The safety and well being of our customers and staff are our highest priority.
We have incorporated the recommendations of the government and public health authorities. Our staff are committed to maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards so that you can have peace of mind when you visit us. To ensure we mitigate the risk of impact to operations, we have implemented an Industry COVID-19 Safe Plan. This includes pre-screening questions for all guests. Guest must not attend our premises if they have developed flu like symptoms, have been advised to self isolate, or have travelled to a declared COVID-19 hot spot in the last 2 weeks.
We would like to advise those customers who are of a vulnerable nature to follow the medical advice of their doctor in regards to travel during a pandemic. It is recommended that these customers take their own additional safety precautions.
Whilst the Australian government has allowed restaurants and bars across Australia to re-open under the new measures, we are approaching this with caution to safeguard the well-being of our guests. As such, we have ceased our food and beverage offerings at our Motel and we seek your understanding on this.
